Process
This wood is meant for sheet piling. Sheet piling wood is used in contact with the ground. Sheet piling is often used to compensate height differences. Sheet piles are also used as a dam to border a pond or ditch. Some experience is necessary to make a sheet pile.
Sheet pile posts
Our hardwood boards are processed in combination with a sheet pile post. These boards are often horizontally screwed to the hardwood posts. The posts are often no further apart than 1 metre, the closer they are placed together, the more pressure the retaining wall can handle. This also applies to the length of the post. For sheet piling, the posts are often 2/3 underground. We recommend to screw the fine sawn boards with our hardwood decking board screw.

Woven ground cover
The only things you still need when you buy this product are a woven ground cover, posts and screws.
The woven ground cover makes sure that sand won't go through the hardwood boards.
Screws for sheet piling wood
We have the correct screws to properly fasten boards to a joist or post. Note, there is only one suitable type of screw that won't oxidise or rust when it comes into contact with hardwood.
